Program Description
Interested in teaching your kids how to live a fit healthy life while also having fun? Interested in making your kids better athletes no matter the sport? Then come try out our Kids CrossFit programming! It's constantly varied, functional movements, that involves gymnastics, weightlifting, throwing, and running! Ran by Andrew Patterson who is a CF-L1, as well as CrossFit kids certified! He also has 13 years experience, coaching kids of all ages from as young as three all the way to high school.
