Bio
I started my CrossFit journey at Crossfit Enhance in 2010. I started coaching soon thereafter in 2011.
I was a coach and member there till 2020. I started at Soy City Crossfit in 2021.
My wife, Ginger, and I have one son (Isaac) and boxer (Maverick).
I work full time as a Medical Laboratory Scientist at Carle Hospital in Urbana, IL.
