My name is Ashley Shehorn. I am a Level 1 CrossFit Coach at Soy City CrossFit. I have been doing CrossFit for 11 years and have loved every minute of it.
I have always wanted to have a place where people could have a positive and motivating CrossFit home. Helping others achieve their goals is very rewarding to watch!
I’m an x-ray tech full time, but dedicate all my outside time to Soy City CrossFit!
